EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES November 15, 2010 PRESENT: Dave Moore, Larry Lapp, Scott Sinz, Mike Lauer, Helmuth Albrecht, Mike Kistner, Joel Radke, Chad Mogen, Wayne Wilson, Al Finder, Mike Kistner, Bob Kistner, Les Keusel Mayor Knaack spoke on the lake clean up. He is asking for a club to take the lead and to handle the funds for clean up of the lake. A motion was made by Larry Lapp and seconded by Wayne Wilson to refer the matter to the Conservation Alliance. Motion Carried. Discussion on purchasing of tables and chair. Item tabled to next year. Transferred $2,000 to Bar and Building account and discussed energy usage. Cookbook Demo-The Cookbook Committee (Al Marotz, Pearl Holmstadt, Gary Schwoch) will determine the pricing. A motion was made by Wayne Wilson and seconded by Larry Lapp to set the price of the cookbooks after the cooking demonstration at $15.00. Motion carried. Discussion on Harmon Dinners. The Harmon’s are OK for next year. Dates are yet to be determined. An idea of selling season tickets was tabled until next meeting. Request from Menomonie Booster Club for free building usage on January 29, 2011 for “Meet the Coaches” event. Request approved. Request from Boy Scouts for free building usage on April 30, 2011 for annual Pinewood Derby. Request approved. Eagle Scouts made a cage for trap shooting and a new handicapped bench. Pistol club will have their annual meeting on December 8th.
