DUNN COUNTY FISH & GAME ASSOCIATION, INC
EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE MEETING
September
26, 2011
PRESENT: Helmuth
Albrecht, Bob Kistner, Heather Kistner, Mike Kistner, Dave Moore,
Scott Seston, Wayne Wilson, Len Frank
If there are
issues that you feel strongly about, please come to Executive
Committee Meetings or the President and address these issues, rather
than letting the issues fester and become bigger issues.
We will begin
interviewing for the Janitor position on October 3rd.
We would like to hire 2 people so that one person doesn’t
become overwhelmed or the club doesn’t find itself in the same
situation.
A motion was made
and seconded to allow Steve Young, the club’s accountant to
set up a system to receive monthly accounting reports. The cost
would be $70 per month for the both the bar and general accounts.
Motion carried.
