Heard discussion
on request from Menomonie Chamber regarding a possible crappie
tournament to be held sometime in February. Heather Kistner
made a motion and Scott Sinz seconded to donate the clubhouse
with the exception of bar revenue. The club would open the bar and
provide the workers. Motion carried.
2. Reminder to all committee chairs to have your annual proposed
budgets submitted by the December meeting.
3. Received annual Ice Fishing Contest Budget. Wayne Wilson
made a motion and Bridget Schroeder seconded to approve the
fishing contest budget as presented. Motion carried.
4. 2012 Elections will be held at next month’s meeting. If
you are interested in running for the board or official, please
contact Wayne Wilson or Scott Sinz
5. Pookie Albrecht mentioned that the Lions Club would like him to
send out information to them regarding our fall banquet incentives.
6. Discussion on credit card machine. Chad Mogen made a
motion and Scott Sinz seconded to purchase a credit card
machine. Motion carried; with Wayne Wilson voting no.
7. Heather Kistner presented to the Executive Committee a list of
possible clubhouse renovations at the request of the committee at
last month’s meeting. It was decided that a priority list be
generated at December’s meeting.

and Al Finder seconded a motion to accept the minutes as
printed in the newsletter. Motion carried.

Holmberg moved and Wayne Wilson seconded a motion to
